By partnering with a web-based travel company (see Global Travel for details) We, The World can now make it possible for you to offer your members and supporters low cost travel bookings to your events or anywhere else through your own branded website. And your non-profit organization keeps half of the entire commission! So by booking flights, hotels, renting cars, etc., your network can actually help raise funds for your organization. The prices are as low as any you'll find on the internet.There is absolutely no cost to take part in this program!
Fundraising Opportunities for Your Organization
Commemorative Shoulder Bag Fundraiser
We have designed a socially responsible fundraising activity that can benefit your organization as part of 11 Days of Global Unity and afterwards.
We, The World has partnered with Interrupcion to make available to you at close to cost a quantity of 15" x 11" cloth fair trade bags made by 2 small cooperatives in Argentina. There they will screen print your name and logo on the bags. See the Pictures and Prices below.
You can sell these bags to commemorate your special event, campaign or cause while raising funds for your organization.
Sales will also contribute to the lives of those who make the bags in one of Argentina's most marginalized areas. The cooperatives are participating in Interrupcion's micro-credit program for economic self-empowerment. The objective is for workers below the poverty line to raise their income and achieve social inclusion for them and their families. See below for more information on this micro-credit program.
